As we head into our 15th year at ERG, we want to take a moment to extend some Thank Yous.
Thank you to the principal who hired us many years ago and is still with us. You are the leader who values the differentiated work we do and knows how to use the service to get results.
Thank you to the teachers who listened, planned, participated in debrief sessions, taught lessons, and watched demonstrations as a way to learn and grow. Because of you, we have learned more about ourselves and how important it is to provide high quality professional development.
Thank you to the school and district level leaders who trusted ERG to work with your staff. You have impacted the results we get in schools by giving your input, making suggestions, and providing ERG as a support piece where you see a need.
Thank you to the independent and charter schools who have sought out ERG’s services. Many of you don’t typically hire outside consultants or companies that are not directly linked to curriculum. You took a chance on ERG to come in and provide best practices support that aligned with the curriculum you had purchased. This took bravery on your part!
Thank you to the secretaries and treasurers. You are the oil that keeps the wheels running when we need clarification on paperwork, purchase order numbers, or invoices. You are the ultimate behind-the-scenes support role that ERG values as a key part of our work to impact students.
A final Thank You to all the people who have not hired ERG. By learning through the years who our customer is, what they want, and how to best serve them, we have been able to refine our processes as a truly unique professional development company.
