“I appreciate the positivity, intentionality, and collaboration you demonstrate. You have given our teachers much to reflect upon and hopefully enact in service of our kids. I appreciate you and I am glad we are partners for kids and teachers.”

Resources

We’re in classrooms each day providing side-by-side support for teachers. Teachers trust us to recommend materials that support student learning in a variety of ways.

What is the single most important factor in raising student achievement? Teachers.

ERG is passionate about growing all learners. With this vision in mind, we offer professional development that is designed to empower educators and ultimately, students. We provide a range of professional development options for schools and school systems that include job-embedded coaching, workshop sessions, demonstration lessons, focus walks, and individual observation and feedback conversations.

What is the biggest challenge faced by your teachers each day? We can help!

Working side-by-side

Our specialty is supporting teachers in the context of their own classrooms. No substitutes needed.

After nearly 20 years and thousands of hours in classrooms with teachers, we have refined our approach to developing teacher capacity by anchoring the professional learning in day-to-day teaching practices. Job-embedded coaching is designed to enhance teachers’ content-specific instructional practices with the ultimate goal of improving student learning.

Projects are designed to meet your unique needs. ERG supports a variety of needs related to literacy, math, differentiation, new teacher support, unpacking standards, and classroom assessment.

Old ways don’t open new doors. Let’s get started opening new doors at your school!
